Heilongjiang Fermentation "Super Factory"
The Biological Fermentation "Super Factory," capable of producing 10,000 tons of amino acids annually, is situated in Fujin City, Jiamusi, Heilongjiang Province, and officially commenced operations in 2022. The Super Factory has embraced cutting-edge equipment and technologies in every aspect of its production line layout, enhancing the overall operational efficiency of the factory. Concurrently, the factory operates in accordance with a modern management system, meticulously controlling various aspects including personnel, equipment, raw material management, operational procedures, environmental protection and safety, as well as inspection and testing, to ensure the stability and reliability of products delivered to customers.
The unique geographical location of Heilongjiang Province, coupled with its abundant high-quality corn resources, facilitates INNOBIO's production of essential nutrients and their formulations for humans through biological conversion methods, realizing a green and sustainable development strategy centered on "biosynthesis." The products manufactured at the Biological Fermentation "Super Factory" are widely applied in fields such as animal nutrition, sports nutrition, functional foods, and biomedicine, contributing not only to INNOBIO's commercial value but also to significant environmental benefits for society.
Currently, INNOBIO is fully committed to advancing the construction of the second phase of the Biological Fermentation "Super Factory," which will ultimately enable the factory to supply a total of 20,000 tons of nutritional raw materials annually.
