Sales Support

Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support professional to assist with sales development, client maintenance, and market information management. This role will be responsible for target client research, initial client outreach, and the accurate collation and internal synchronization of client and market data, ensuring the smooth operation of daily sales support work. This position also provides the great opportunity of career development into Account managers for ambitious candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide sales support, including preparation for client visits, full coordination of exhibition affairs and on-site logistics arrangement, to ensure smooth sales execution.
  2. Conduct market research and target client screening, complete initial client outreach and information collection, and identify potential business opportunities to feed back valid sales leads to the team.
  3. Establish and optimize standardized client files and contact records, maintain and update CRM/ client management system regularly to ensure the integrity, timeliness and accuracy of all client and market data.
  4. Track client dynamic changes continuously, synchronize core market and client information internally in a timely and accurate manner, and deliver regular follow-up reports to align team sales strategies.
  5. Assist in client credit management and payment collection follow-up, supporting stable and healthy sales fund operation.
  6. Responsible for product qualification and registration, and conduct business communication with local OEM manufacturers and other cooperative partners.
  7. Undertake other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  8. US Location Exclusive Responsibilities: Manage daily administrative routines including mail processing, call answering and product sample management.

 

Qualifications:

  1.   Bachelor's degree in Food science, Nutrition, Pharma, Chemistry, Biotechnology Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business.
  2. Minimum of 1 years of related work experience.
  3. Possess valid and stable legal work authorization for the assigned work location.
  4. Knowledge and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
  5. Proficient in mainstream office software for daily work tasks.
