Our History
INNOBIO Co., Ltd. was registered and established. The first conjugated linoleic acid production line was created and operationalized.
Undertook the National Development and Reform Commissions’ high-tech industry development project “Conjugated Linoleic Acid and Lutein High-tech Industrialization Demonstration Project”.
First oil microencapsulation powder production line was built.
Undertook the ‘863’ project of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Five Nobel Prize-winning experts in chemistry and medicine visited INNOBIO.
INNOBIO Testing Center was accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
Completed stock restructuring and officially renamed INNOBIO Corporation Limited.
Led the development of the USP standard for conjugated linoleic acid, which was included in the United States Pharmacopeia USP41-NF36.
Invested in the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Heilongjiang Nuolu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Intellectual Property Administration.
Invested in the establishment of a US subsidiary INNOBIO® USA Inc.
Invested in the establishment of a European subsidiary, INNOBIO® Europe B.V.
