SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTION:
The Sales Representative reports to the Sales Manager. He/she is responsible for all sales activity from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and develop long-term
account goals in line with the company vision and values.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
· Detailed understanding of pricing models and demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to offer relevant solutions to customers.
· Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing and presentation of solutions to the identified customer’s business problems.
· Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face, cold calling, trade shows, direct mail, email and networking.
· Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses.
· Responsible for acquiring, maintaining, visiting, corresponding, servicing and developing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, completed sales and follow-up activities within the assigned territory utilizing CRM software.
· Establishes plans and strategies to penetrate new markets and customer accounts.
· Advise on forthcoming product developments, market trends, competitor information and suggesting special promotions.
· Coordinate, mentor and develop Sales Associates in responding and servicing customers.
· Trade show management and participation (including pre-planning, coordination of customer meetings, set-up and tear down).
· Attend trainings, seminars and workshops to develop relevant knowledge, technique and skills to further enhance sales skills.
· Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 years of sales experience in comparable industries.
(Food or nutritional ingredients good sales experience)
• Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
• Experience with enterprise software solutions to manage sales activities.
• Excellence in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree with business concentration, food, pharmacy, or biochemistry is required.
• Fluent English verbal and written skills is necessary, basic Chinese communication skills is preferred.

The Sales Support Associate will work with management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are going smoothly.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Provide sales and administrative support to Sales Representatives and Sales Manager.
l Customer orders execution including confirm, process and update status in the database software.
l Manage/track order processing approvals to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
l Handle documentation requests from customers.
l Reply to customer inquiries when authorized by Sales Representatives.
l Manage and coordinate the documentation and sample system.
l Other duties deemed appropriate by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree with business concentration, food, pharma, or biochemistry is required.
0-2 years of sales support experience in comparable industries.
Good liaison with all other department members and able to work in a team.
Experience with client relationship management system (CRM) preferred.
Fluent in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
