Marketing Specialist/Manager (Product Orientation)

Summary: The Marketing Specialist/Manager reports to Marketing Director. He/She is responsible for the product development, manufacturing, marketing and channels. They are the backbone of the sales department as the future experts of the company as well as the management pool. As future product managers, they plan products based on requirements and improve them based on feedback. Seizing opportunities, they anticipate and respond to customer needs. They provide full support to Account Managers and R&D in order to fulfil or exceed sales forecasts.

Job Responsibilities:

• According to the company's development plan, through market research and customer demand analysis, complete the planning of responsible products;
• Collect domestic and foreign markets, product-related information, and pay attention to product development trends;
• Organise and coordinate the resources of various departments of the company to promote the smooth development, production and sales of the responsible products;
• Responsible for the management of the entire product life cycle and supply chain management;
• Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.


Job requirements:

• Master degree or above, majoring in biology, chemistry, pharmacy, food, nutrition and other related majors;
• Strong pioneering and innovative thinking, result oriented, strong stress tolerance;
• Outgoing and positive, good at interpersonal communication and cross-departmental collaboration;
• Fluent in English.
