DurOmega® Functional Lipids by INNOBIO is a branded line of oils and microencapsulated oil powders. Our patented microencapsulation technology combines functional lipids with different types of functional lipids to create water-dispersible microencapsulated powder products with flexible applications. The products have high lipid content, low surface oil content, and a long shelf life, solving the challenge of stabilization of unsaturated fatty acids.

  Omega series is derived from linseed oil, perilla seed oil, DHA algae oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil, evening primrose oil, borage oil, rapeseed oil, and high oleic acid sunflower oil among others. A variety of food-grade ingredients are used as embedding materials to create our omega series products which readily disperse in cold and hot water. Omega microencapsulated powder products are widely used in meal replacement foods, dietary supplements, infant formula foods, and special dietary nutrition among other areas.
- DurOmega® CLA
  
  Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that occurs naturally in the adipose tissue and milk of ruminants. INNOBlO uses food-grade safflower seed oil as a raw material and converts linoleic acid into conjugated linoleic acid through a conjugation reaction. Finally, a food-grade lipase is used as a catalyst to prepare conjugated linoleic acid glycerides, which are mainly used in diet supplements, edible oils, and functional foods.
- DurOmega® MCT
  
  Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are triglycerides composed of fatty acids with 6-12 carbon atoms. They are derived from coconut or palm kernel oil using our patented microencapsulation technology and readily disperse in cold and hot water.
